Prices and plans in Bonussøk: Free, Premium and Pro explained
Bonussøk comes in three tiers, and the difference between them mostly comes down to how much you search and whether you want access to the SkyTeam partners. Here’s what sets them apart, so you can pick the right one. The prices themselves change from time to time, so always check the product page for the current numbers.
Free
The free tier is built to let you try out how it works. You get access to the standard search on SAS, though with a limit of one search per day, and you can confirm availability in real time and see every cabin class. The points calculator is free too. If you just want to see whether there’s a seat on a route or two, free gets you a long way.
Premium
Premium is for those who use points actively on SAS, and last sat at around 99 kroner a month. It removes the search limit, so you can look as much as you like, and it unlocks the planning tools: the flexible search, the weekend search, the summer search and the open-jaw search. You also get feeder flights from your home airport and the award alert, which watches your routes and notifies you when seats appear.
For most people who fly SAS a couple of times a year, Premium is the tier that gives the most back for the money.
Pro
Pro last sat at around 199 kroner a month, and adds SkyTeam on top of everything in Premium. This is where you get the SkyTeam search, the SkyTeam map, the destinations overview, ready-made SkyTeam trips and the trip planner. You also get email alerts for SkyTeam trips, unlimited use of the AI assistant, and priority in the alert queue. If you want to spend EuroBonus points on Air France, KLM, Delta and the rest of the partners, Pro is the tier you need.
Pro suits you if you want to go further than SAS reaches, especially on long-haul, where the partner network opens up many more options.
Monthly or annual
You can pay monthly or annually. The annual plan is discounted, last working out to a couple of months free a year. There’s also a short free trial, so you can test a paid tier before you decide. The exact numbers are on the product page.
How to choose
A simple rule of thumb: if you just want to try it, start free. If you fly SAS regularly and want alerts and flexible searches, Premium is right. If you want to make the most of the whole SkyTeam network, Pro is the way. You can always start low and upgrade once you see that you’re using it.
