The AI assistant in Bonussøk: chat your way to available award trips

· · 3 min read · updated

Sometimes you know the kind of trip you want, but not which route or which dates make it possible. The AI assistant, called Bizi, lets you describe what you’re after in plain words and does the work of finding the way there.

What it does

Instead of filling in search fields, you write what you’re looking for, say a week in the sun in February or a long weekend in a big city. The assistant suggests routes that fit, finds open dates and helps you on towards a booking.

It comes in two versions, and you start by choosing the one that fits your trip:

  • Bizi SAS, for SAS direct flights with EuroBonus points. It checks availability, suggests dates and gives you a ready-made booking link.
  • Bizi SkyTeam, for partner flying with Air France, KLM and the rest. It covers Nordic departures like OSL, CPH, ARN and BGO and European hubs like CDG, AMS, MAD, MXP, LHR and ZRH.

The two share a single monthly quota for messages, so you can switch between them depending on what the trip needs.

How to use it

Think of it as a knowledgeable friend you can ask open questions. Instead of knowing the route and date in advance, you can write things like:

  • “I want to go somewhere warm in February, about a week, Business if possible.”
  • “What does a long weekend in a European city cost on points right now?”
  • “Find me a trip to Asia this autumn with SkyTeam partners.”

The assistant turns your wish into concrete suggestions you can take further. Once it has given you a starting point, you confirm the details in the standard search or the SkyTeam search.

Why it’s useful

Search tools are precise, but they assume you already know the route and date. The AI assistant fits the early stage, where you’re still exploring and haven’t decided. It turns a loose idea into concrete suggestions and saves you from guessing your way through a pile of searches.

Who it’s for

The assistant suits you if you like to start with a conversation rather than a search field, and want help getting from idea to plan. It’s part of the paid plans, and the SkyTeam version belongs to the Pro tier. See plans and pricing for what’s included.

Common questions

What’s the difference between Bizi SAS and Bizi SkyTeam? Bizi SAS helps you with SAS direct flights. Bizi SkyTeam helps you with partner flying on Air France, KLM, Delta and the rest of the alliance.

Is there a limit on the number of messages? The two assistants share a single monthly quota. How much you have depends on your plan.

Does the assistant book the trip for me? It suggests routes and dates and points you onward. You confirm the booking yourself, usually through the search where you see availability.
