Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 June 2026

Hi, and thanks for using Bonussøk.no. We want to be open about how the service works. These terms cover both your use of the service and the purchase of a paid subscription, and form the agreement between you as a consumer and us as the provider.

1. What is Bonussøk.no?

Bonussøk.no is a search tool that helps you find available EuroBonus award trips with SAS. We collect information from SAS's systems and present it simply, so you do not have to search manually through every date and destination.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by SAS. This is an independent service made by travel enthusiasts, for travel enthusiasts.

2. How it works

  • We retrieve award-trip information from SAS's publicly available systems
  • The information is updated regularly, but prices and availability can change quickly
  • Always confirm the information with SAS before you book
  • We do not offer booking directly. You book as usual with SAS
  • 3. The parties

Seller: VIKSE DEVELOPMENT AS, Damsgårdsveien 18, 5058 Bergen, Norway. Company registration number: 937 865 163. Email: hei@bonussok.no.

The seller is referred to below as "we" or "us". The buyer is the consumer who places the order, referred to as "you".

    4. Price, payment and how the agreement is made

  • Free accounts get a limited number of searches per day; a paid subscription gives unlimited searches and access to more features
  • The price shown is the total price you pay, including VAT where applicable. Any additional costs are stated before you complete your order
  • The agreement becomes binding when you complete your order and confirm the purchase. It is not binding if there is an obvious typing or pricing error that the other party realised or should have realised
  • Payment is made by card through our payment provider, Stripe, which charges your card automatically at the start of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel
  • If a free trial is offered, the first charge happens when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then
  • Prices may change, but you will always get 30 days' notice
  • 5. Delivery

The service is a digital service that is made available immediately after the agreement is made and payment is confirmed. Delivery is considered complete once the paid features are available on your account.

    6. Right of withdrawal

When buying online, you as a consumer normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). For digital services delivered immediately there is an exception: when you expressly consent at purchase to delivery starting right away, and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is then lost, you cannot withdraw once delivery has begun. You are asked to give this consent before you complete the purchase.

If you do not give such consent, you may withdraw within 14 days. If you have started using the service in the meantime, we may charge for the part already delivered. You can read more at the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).

    7. Refunds for extended outages

If the service is down continuously for more than 3 days due to circumstances within our control, we refund the remaining days of the current billing period on a pro-rata basis. Just contact us and we will sort it out.

If SAS changes or blocks our access, we work to get the service running again. Outages caused by this do not give a right to a refund, see section 11. If we have to shut the service down for good, we stop any further charges so you are not billed again.

    8. Defects, uptime and liability

The service has a defect if it does not match what was agreed or does not work as you can reasonably expect, under the Norwegian Act on the supply of digital services to consumers (digitalytelsesloven). If you find a defect, tell us within a reasonable time at hei@bonussok.no. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to a fix, a price reduction, cancellation or compensation under that act.

Because the service depends on SAS's systems, please note:

  • Prices or availability may be out of date, some departures may not show, and technical errors can occur. Always double-check with SAS before booking
  • We cannot guarantee 100% uptime
  • We are not liable for errors in data or for missed travel opportunities. You book at your own risk with SAS, and any disputes about bookings must be taken up directly with SAS
  • 9. If a payment fails

If a payment is not completed, we may limit or stop access to the paid features and end the subscription. For late payment we may charge interest on overdue amounts and a reminder fee under applicable rules.

    10. Fair use

To keep the service available for everyone, we ask you to:

  • Use the service for personal use
  • Not automate searches with bots or scripts
  • Not share your account with others
  • 11. Our relationship with SAS

Bonussøk.no is not endorsed by or affiliated with SAS. SAS may consider our use of their information a breach of their terms and could block our access. By using the service you accept that it may become unavailable if SAS blocks our access, that you use it at your own risk, and that we are not responsible for any resulting consequences.

    12. Privacy

  • We are the data controller and only collect what is necessary to provide and sell the service (email, payment information via Stripe)
  • We never sell your data
  • You can delete your account at any time
  • We use cookies to keep you logged in and improve the service
  • 13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of major changes by email. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.

    14. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact us at hei@bonussok.no within a reasonable time and we will try to resolve it amicably. If that does not succeed, you can bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet). You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, which is particularly relevant for cross-border purchases.

    15. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence still apply. Questions? Contact us at hei@bonussok.no.

By using the service you accept these terms, and for a paid subscription you also confirm acceptance when you complete your purchase.
