What does it cost?
Connecting is free, but searching via AI requires Bonussøk Pro (199 NOK/mo) — the same plan that includes award alerts and unlimited search on bonussok.no.
How fresh is the data?
The database refreshes continuously, is typically under a day old and never older than 72 hours. Every AI answer states how fresh its data is.
Can the AI book tickets for me?
No. Bonussøk finds the seats — you book with SAS (sas.no or customer service) using your EuroBonus points.
Troubleshooting
Most issues are a caching hiccup in the AI app, not with Bonussøk. These steps fix almost everything — always test in a new conversation afterwards.
The AI can't find the Bonussøk tools
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Bonussøk, click the «⋮» menu and choose «Refresh tools list». Then start a new chat — the tool list is cached per conversation, so older chats keep the old state.
Still not working? Disconnect and add it again
Remove the connector completely and re-add it. In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Bonussøk → «Disconnect», then add https://vtcodubvnyftgirhqxim.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcp-server-v2 again. In ChatGPT: delete the connector and create it anew.
How do I sign in again (re-authenticate)?
Disconnecting and re-adding the connector triggers a fresh Bonussøk sign-in and refreshes your access. Sign in with the account that has your subscription.
It's connected, but I get errors or no results
Check that your subscription is active — AI search requires Bonussøk Pro. If a single call fails, just ask again; the odd transient error clears on a retry. Still stuck? Email support@bonussok.no.
Claude can't find the tools / the tools don't show up?
This is a known bug on Claude's side where an old connection can "stick around", so the tools are fetched but never become clickable. Fix: remove the Bonussøk connector entirely under Settings → Connectors in Claude ("Disconnect"/"Remove"), then add it again using this alternative address instead — it works exactly like the main one:

This means something was entered in the «OAuth Client ID» or «OAuth Client Secret» field when the connector was added — often an email or password. Those fields must stay empty. Remove the connector, add it again without filling in those fields, and sign in in the browser window that opens.
