I'm Torstein Vikse Olsen, and I'm behind most of what you read here.
I hunt award seats and I build companies. Bonussøk is the latest one. My interest in points travel started the way most people’s does: too many points sitting in an account, and no good way to find open seats.
SAS EuroBonus and SkyTeam release plenty of award space, but it hides behind slow searches and dates that rarely line up. I built Bonussøk so I would stop searching by hand, and so I could see the routes where seats actually open up.
On the blog I write about what I test myself: how to earn points, when seats appear, what a Companion Ticket is really worth, and how to find SkyTeam seats without being an expert. The numbers come from our own searches, not round estimates.
